Privacy Policy

This policy explains what FeedSig Signals Club collects, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

You give us directly:

  • Account details — your name, email address, mobile number and a password, which we store only as a one-way hash.
  • Verification — the fact and time that your email and phone were confirmed. We never store the one-time code itself; our SMS provider generates and checks it.
  • Payment records — the amount, currency, date, reference and outcome of each order. We never receive or store your card number; that goes directly to our payment provider.
  • Affiliate activity — your referral code, who you invited, and rewards earned.

We collect automatically:

  • Sign-in security data — IP address and timestamps of sign-in attempts, used to throttle brute-force attacks.
  • Device data for notifications — a push token and browser user-agent, only if you switch browser notifications on.
  • Technical logs — errors and delivery outcomes for emails and notifications.

2. Why we use it

  • To run your account and deliver the signals you subscribed to.
  • To verify that your email and phone belong to you, which reduces fraud.
  • To take payment, apply coupons, and handle renewals.
  • To send service messages — signal alerts, confirmations, password resets and renewal notices.
  • To calculate and pay affiliate rewards.
  • To keep the service secure and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

3. Who we share it with

Only the processors needed to run the service:

  • Payment provider — to take payment and confirm it. They receive your email and the amount.
  • Email provider — to deliver messages to your address.
  • SMS provider — to send verification codes to your number.
  • Push provider — to deliver browser notifications to your registered devices.
  • Hosting provider — which stores the application and its database.
  • Exchange rate provider — which receives no personal data at all, only a currency pair.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims. Some of these providers operate outside your country, so your data may be transferred internationally.

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and — only if you tick "keep me signed in" — a long-lived cookie holding a random token, not your password. Both are strictly necessary for the service to work. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Clearing your cookies signs you out.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically several years, even after an account closes. Sign-in attempt logs and one-time-code records are short-lived and cleared routinely. Push tokens are deleted when you turn notifications off or when the provider reports them as dead.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. You can update your name, email and phone yourself under Settings. For anything else, contact us and we will respond within the period the law allows.

You can stop marketing-style messages at any time, but service messages tied to an active subscription — payment receipts and security notices — cannot be switched off while the account is open.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. The site is served over HTTPS. Payment card details never reach our servers. Access to the production database is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if you suspect a problem.

8. Children

The service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
