Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of FeedSig Signals Club. By creating an account or subscribing you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. What FeedSig provides
FeedSig publishes trading signals covering cryptocurrency, foreign exchange and metals markets. A signal is our own analysis, published to your account and, where enabled, sent to you by email and push notification. It typically includes an instrument, a direction, an entry level, a stop loss and one or more targets.
2. Signals are information, not advice
Nothing we publish is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. We do not know your circumstances, objectives, experience or risk tolerance. Every decision to open, size, hold or close a position is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for it.
3. Risk warning
Trading leveraged instruments carries a high risk of loss. Prices are volatile and can move against you rapidly. You can lose some or all of the money you put in, and losses may exceed your initial deposit with some products. Past performance — ours or anyone else's — is not a reliable indicator of future results. Any performance figures we display are historical, may be unaudited, and do not account for your execution, slippage, spreads, financing costs or broker fees. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
4. Your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement where you live. You agree to give accurate registration details, including a working email address and mobile number, and to keep them current. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accounts are personal. Sharing your login, or redistributing, reselling or republishing signals to anyone else, is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination without refund.
5. Membership and payment
Membership is sold as an annual subscription. Prices are shown before you pay. Where your card is billed in a different currency from the displayed price, the converted amount is shown before you confirm; the exchange rate is taken at that moment and your card issuer may apply its own charges.
Renewals are charged at the price you originally joined on, even if our list price has since changed, unless a coupon is applied. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
6. Coupons
Coupons are issued at our discretion, may be limited in number or time, may be restricted to a named member, and may be withdrawn at any time before redemption. A coupon that reduces an order to zero grants a membership without payment; such offers are limited to accounts that registered directly and are not available on accounts created through an affiliate invitation.
7. Affiliate programme
Members may invite others using a personal link. A reward is earned when an invited member subscribes, at the rate published at that time. Rewards are reviewed and approved before payout, and we may withhold or reverse any reward obtained through self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, spam, misrepresentation of FeedSig, or any other conduct we reasonably consider abusive. We may change or end the programme at any time; changes do not affect rewards already approved.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Because access to signals is delivered immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to make an exception.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and to publish signals promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, any particular number of signals, any delivery time, or that email or push notifications will arrive. Maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our control may interrupt the service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeedSig is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on any signal. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
